Job summary

Providence Swedish First Hill in Seattle is seeking a pharmacist to join a multi-disciplinary team focused on safe, effective drug therapy and patient-centered care. You’ll provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other health care professionals and help train staff.

Washington license is required; BCOP or PGY2 Oncology Residency and outpatient oncology infusion experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.

Responsibilities

• Assure safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for patients.
• Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training, orientation and education of staff.
