Providence Swedish is seeking a pharmacist to join our Seattle team, focusing on safe, effective drug therapy and clinical information for a diverse healthcare team. You will contribute to patient care alongside physicians, nurses, and other professionals.

The role also involves participating in staff education and orientation to ensure high-quality service in an oncology-infused outpatient setting. Washington licensure is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License required on hire.
• Experience providing clinical drug information to diverse clinical staff is preferred.

This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for participating in the training, orientation and education of staff.

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or--
• PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or--
• 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center
