Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – or –
• PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency – or –
• 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an outpatient oncology infusion center.

Responsibilities

• Assure safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients.
• Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the training, orientation and education of staff.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy

Washington Pharmacist License

Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)

PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency

2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center
