Job summary

Providence Swedish Pharmacy in Edmonds, WA seeks a Pharmacist for the Ambulatory Oncology/Pharmacotherapy Clinic. The role entails ensuring safe, efficient drug therapy and providing clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients, and other health professionals.

Join a multi-disciplinary team and participate in training and education of staff. Washington Pharmacist License required; oncology pharmacy experience and PGY1/PGY2 residency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Ambulatory experience (preferred).
• 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (preferred).
• Residency PGY1 or PGY2 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective drug therapy for all patients.
• Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training, orientation and education of staff.
