Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or-- PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or-- 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical drug information to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the training, orientation and education of staff.
• Assure safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients.
