Qualifications

• Minimum: 1 year inpatient hospital or infusion center experience.
• Minimum: 6 months experience sterile compounding.
• Desired: 1 year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting.
• Desired: Computer experience with pharmacy programs and Microsoft Office.
• Desired: Demonstrated application of drug knowledge and clinical judgment.
• Desired: Experience with infusion/chemotherapy.
• Desired: 1 year experience sterile compounding.
• Desired: Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical judgment, professional knowledge, and distribution skills to ensure pharmaceutical care.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems.
• Operate within policies, procedures, and regulations of Enloe Medical Center and pharmacy department.
• Support service excellence in the Pharmacy Department.
