Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our operations, including IV infusion and retail pharmacy. You will provide clinical resources to patients and staff and manage inventory while ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the applicable state.
• Experience in oncology-related therapies is preferred.
• Strong clinical pharmacy and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist services for IV infusion clinics and retail pharmacies at site locations.
• Review physician orders for appropriateness based on protocols and patient history.
• Offer drug information, monitoring and adverse reaction reporting for IV and oral meds.
• Supervise technicians in sterile compounding and dispensing processes.
• Coordinate remote site medication programs and documentation per standards.
