Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• New Jersey RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinical and operational management of Outpatient Infusion to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to nurses and infusion center staff.
• Oversee administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic therapies, and other infusion treatments.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution based on patient acuity and priorities.
• Monitor patient flow, infusion chair utilization, wait times, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and develop nursing staff through orientation, competency validation, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and other partners to coordinate patient care.
• Promote adherence to nursing standards, policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement safety and patient outcome initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment through communication, engagement, and problem solving.
