Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
Bachelor of Science in nursing required.
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification through Oncology Nursing Society required.
OCN preferred.
Successful completion of all Orientation Programs.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate management of clinical practice activities within Community Medical Center outpatient infusion department, including direct oversight of Infusion center, Clinic RNs, nurse navigation, and social workers within the department.
Ensure that Community Medical Center Outpatient Infusion Center complies with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
Develop patient care standards, orientation and continuing education.
Evaluate staff performance in accordance with organization policies.
Participate in nursing Quality Improvement.
Maintain clinical skills necessary to provide care to patients.
