Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy, EKGs and basic clinic procedures may be performed.
• Ability to take vitals and collect patient information per provider guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Check schedules and organize patient flow.
• Accompany patients to exam/procedure room and assist as needed.
• Take vitals and collect patient information/history.
• Relay instructions to patients/families.
• Prepare patient rooms and maintain infection control.
• Inventory management of supplies and restocking.
• Answer calls and provide patient education as directed.
• Under physician supervision, administer injectable medications and vaccines when appropriate.
