Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to drive clinical programs for Medication Delivery Solutions within Oncology, delivering education and training to customers and supporting conversion and retention efforts. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, 3-5 years’ infusion experience, and strong communication skills. Expect extensive regional travel and collaboration with sales in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in infusion areas including safe handling and administration of hazardous drugs.
• Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred).
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Follows company policies and travels up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Medication Delivery Systems clinical strategy and educate customers on HDS portfolio.
• Support conversion management and training for inpatient and outpatient infusion settings.
• Visit key accounts to promote retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and regional teams to enhance clinical programs.
• Document activities and updates in Salesforce.com.
• Cover regional training and CE activities as needed.
