Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree (BSN is preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience working in infusion areas including safe handling and administration of hazardous drugs in a hospital or outpatient infusion area.
• Demonstrates solid understanding of Oncology Nursing Standards. Ideally has exposure and awareness to USP 797, USP 800 and current safe handling.
• Understands knowledge of use of hazardous drugs across the health care setting.
• 3-5 years’ experience in educating others.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to travel up to 90% to service the regional, area and national needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Medication Delivery Systems clinical business strategy and differentiate the HDS portfolio for customers.
• Provide education, training, and ongoing support to customers in inpatient and outpatient infusion settings.
• Lead regional education and training for new hires and customers, including CE courses and implementations.
• Maintain relationships with end-users, visit key accounts, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and regional teams to optimize conversion management and education delivery.
• Document activities in Salesforce.com and contribute to sales tools development.
