Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree (BSN is preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in infusion areas including safe handling and administration of hazardous drugs in a hospital or outpatient infusion area.
• Demonstrates understanding of Oncology Nursing Standards and awareness of USP 797/800.”
• Willingness to travel up to 90% to service regional, area and national needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and thorough documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and training for customers on HDS portfolio.
• Support conversion management and education through the sales cycle.
• Conduct regional training and visits to key customer accounts for retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Team on pre-sale through post-conversion engagement.
• Document activities and results in Salesforce.com.
• Participate in trade shows to promote the MDS portfolio.
• Manage travel budget and ensure ROI.
