Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to execute the Medication Delivery Solutions clinical strategy and to educate customers across inpatient and outpatient infusion settings. You will support conversion management, product implementation and ongoing education to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth.

Role includes regional training collaboration, Salesforce activity reporting, and adherence to corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Specialist supports execution of Medication Delivery Solutions clinical strategy.
• Provides education and training to customers in inpatient and outpatient infusion settings.
• Contributes to conversion management and product implementation.
• Supports demonstration of best practices to differentiate the portfolio.
• Visits key accounts to support retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Documents activities and updates in Salesforce.com.
• Supports regional training and education initiatives.
