AdventHealth Clyde in North Carolina seeks an experienced Nursing Manager for Oncology Infusion to lead cross-training, staffing, and quality initiatives. You will support clinical staff, collaborate with physicians, and ensure seamless patient care within the infusion unit.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare management and 3+ years in oncology/infusion, RN license, and a focus on evidence-based practice. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

• Organizational skills for multi-tasking and oversight of multiple disciplines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Maintains an active pool of prn nurses for staffing assistance.
• Promotes evidence-based, best-practice care, collaborating with staff, physicians, and hospital personnel.
