Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a dedicated Oncology Nurse Manager to lead Infusion Services and the Medical Oncology Clinic. You will guide clinical and operational teams, ensuring coordinated, compassionate care across the patient cancer journey.

You will mentor staff, drive clinical quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and outcomes in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN required.
• Previous oncology and/or infusion nursing experience preferred.
• RN license in SC or a compact state required; certifications in chemotherapy/immunotherapy, BLS, ACLS preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over infusion and medical oncology clinic operations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff; foster a supportive work environment.
• Promote clinical excellence, staff competency, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources to support safe and efficient patient care.
• Oversee patient triage, medication administration, education, care planning, and treatment coordination.
• Support quality improvement and compliance with clinical standards.
