Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administrative support and coordination for providers, nurse practitioners, infusion nurses and research nurses.
• Schedule complex appointments for a high volume of patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Manage patient check-in and flows in the infusion unit, coordinating with nursing staff.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families; update scheduling changes in systems.
• Review patient information and ensure lab orders and consents are properly linked.
