Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA, is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for the Oncology 6 RP Unit. Positions are 36 hours per week, with day or night shifts and required weekend/holiday rotations.

New graduates are welcomed; BLS mandatory within 90 days. The unit offers advanced cancer care including chemotherapy, radiation, HIPEC, and stem cell therapies within a nationally recognized network.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• BSN or MSN preferred
• New graduates welcome to apply
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Oncology/IMC experience not required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care on Oncology 6 RP Unit for cancer patients.
• Administer medications and chemotherapy, monitor conditions, manage symptoms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized patient care.
