Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and about two years of project management or regulatory experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of project management, quality or regulatory experience required.
• Experience or training in quality improvement and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficient with data and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate regional institutional health education programs.
• Lead outreach to build cancer service line and ambulatory imaging referrals.
• Guide teams to grow programs using strategic planning principles.
• Collaborate with admins, managers, physicians to address clinical issues via Be Safe.
• Plan and support new protocols, content research, and project progress reviews.
• Develop reports for leadership on status, barriers and progress.
