Shenandoah Oncology is a part of The US Oncology Network and seeks a Senior HR Generalist who partners with practice leadership to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning and HR compliance. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to coach leaders through challenging conversations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with expertise in HR policies, performance management, and compensation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience as HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Experience independently managing employee relations investigations.
• Experience consulting leaders on performance management and compensation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and leaders on workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns and conflicts.
• Coach managers through performance management, corrective action, and development discussions.
• Support leave of absence administration and employee accommodations.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
