Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA seeks a Registered Nurse in Oncology/Hematology with active MA licensure. You will provide direct patient care, manage chemotherapy/biotherapy, and educate patients and families in an outpatient setting.

You must hold an accredited nursing degree, CPR/BLS, and have EMR experience (EPIC). The role offers a 32-hour week with daytime hours, and a sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and MA RN licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate preferred or to be attained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process.
• Assist with chemotherapy/biotherapy administration and safety.
• Perform complete assessments and reassess pain, education, and care needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure quality care.
