Job summary

Bay Hematology Oncology is seeking an experienced RN to join our infusion team. You will administer chemotherapy, monitor patients, review labs, and provide patient education in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities include triage, accurate documentation in the EMR, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Must hold an RN license and CPR/BLS, with oncology experience preferred. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment or multi-state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel to other clinics as needed.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients preferred and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy and other oncology medications.
• Monitor patient condition, review labs and vital signs, and ensure medication safety.
• Document treatment and charges accurately in the EMR and educate patients and caregivers.
• Provide triage care and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team.
