Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Infusion Services to deliver direct patient care in the outpatient setting, overseeing care for hematologic and oncologic patients and coordinating chemotherapy/biotherapy with the provider and team.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage pain, educate patients and families, and maintain venous access and IV therapy, documentation in EPIC, and ensure safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and assess patients per policy.
• Administer chemotherapy/biotherapy and IV therapies.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and pain management.
• Document all care and education in the EMR.
