Job summary

Amgen seeks an Oncology Medical Science Liaison to cover WA, OR, AK, ID, MT with Seattle/Portland base. The role focuses on communicating scientific data to Oncology healthcare decision makers, advancing Amgen’s prostate cancer platform, and training speakers’ bureau members.

You will support investigator-sponsored and Amgen-sponsored research with compliant scientific engagement. The MSL builds relationships with Academic Medical Centers and other medical professionals, ensuring accurate

Qualifications

Master’s degree and 3+ years of Medical Affairs experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience.
3+ years in a medically related field including clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research.

Responsibilities

Identify and train members of Amgen’s speakers’ bureau and ensure they are updated on new data.
Respond to requests for investigator-sponsored research proposals.
Support Amgen sponsored research.
Provide scientific support for commercial, corporate accounts, and other matrix colleagues with HCP inquiries.
Foster scientific relationships between Amgen and Fellows in training.
Lead and/or participate on committees or project teams that support MSL strategies.
