Amgen in Seattle (WA) is seeking a Medical Science Liaison focused on Oncology. You will communicate scientific platform data to healthcare decision makers, build relationships, and support strategic research initiatives across WA, OR, AK, ID, MT.

The role emphasizes training speakers’ bureau, enabling investigators, and providing field-based scientific support while aligning with Amgen’s goals. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Medical Affairs experience.
• 3+ years in a medically related field including clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research.
• Current experience in Scientific/Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
• Oncology and/or Hematology therapeutic area expertise.

Responsabilités

• Identify and train members of Amgen’s speakers’ bureau and ensure they are updated on new data.
• Respond to requests for investigator sponsored research proposals.
• Support Amgen sponsored research.
• Provide scientific support, consistent with the MSL compliance standards, for commercial, corporate accounts, and other matrix colleagues who may forward HCP inquiries.
• Foster scientific relationships between Amgen and Fellows in training.
• Lead and/or participate on committees or project teams that support MSL strategies and tactics as delegated by MSL leadership.
