Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in a multidisciplinary health team.
• Coordinates comprehensive care in an outpatient setting, assessing and planning treatment.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
