Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s PECS team is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Mississippi/Arkansas territory. This field-based role requires 50% on-site presence with healthcare providers to educate on reimbursement, access, and affordability.

You will collaborate across departments, lead education initiatives, and manage a territory while navigating payer policies and market dynamics to improve patient access to oncology therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Expertise with pharmacy and medical/buy-and-bill benefits, coding and billing.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate across a matrix organization.
• Problem-solving ability to navigate access scenarios and identify solutions.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with patient support HUB services.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers in Oncology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments on education and insights across payer types.
