Regeneron Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Specialist to engage HCPs treating NSCLC/NMSC, delivering clinically focused messages to grow revenue within assigned accounts in the U.S.

This field role requires initiative, independent account management, and strict compliance with company policies. The position is based in Philadelphia, PA, and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Oncology sales, plus Buy-and-bill experience with biologics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or advanced education a plus.
• Minimum 3 years successful experience in Oncology sales (NSCLC/NMSC preferred).
• Experience with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or IDNs is required.
• Current account management experience with large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

Responsibilities

• Engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC/NMSC) and other key experts within assigned accounts to deliver clinical messages and grow brand share.
• Develop strong relationships with aligned accounts and specialists and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team.
• Identify market dynamics and opportunities; execute market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery and payer systems.
• Proactively resolve customer needs and support contracting pull-through with accounts.
