Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Hematology Oncology Account Specialist to engage Oncology specialists and key customers across a field-based territory, focusing on a bispecific agent launch for multiple myeloma. You will drive clinically focused messaging, revenue growth, and strong account management while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Reimbursement Specialists and Regional Science Managers to address customer needs and influence payer dynamics, delivering on product goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales, Hematology Oncology preferred.
• Buy and bill experience with biologics required.
• Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices or academic hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Engage Oncology specialists and key customers in the assigned geographic universe.
• Deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent in MM.
• Develop partnerships with regional teams to resolve customer needs and align with brand objectives.
• Execute market profiling to understand health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate with the Oncology account team to support contracting pull-through.
