Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years minimum clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to develop and deliver educational in-services and trainings.
• Current Tennessee RN license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present in-service education for staff.
• Coordinate orientation for new patient care employees.
• Provide ongoing education updates on policies and procedures.
• Supervise patient care staff at least once yearly.
• Maintain education records and training materials.
• Develop and revise educational resources and forms.
• Support quality improvement initiatives related to education.
• Other duties as assigned.
