Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent required with clinical research experience.
• Experience leading early development (Phase 1/2a) studies in pharma or academia.

Responsibilities

• Design safe, rapid First-In-Human studies for oncology assets.
• Lead dose escalation and safety decisions for early trials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and CRO oversight; ensure high quality documentation and timelines.
