Job summary

The role leads early clinical development of oncology assets including small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, ADCs and cell-engagers, shaping PoC/HTV and translating preclinical assets into human studies. You will collaborate with TMU CPS and asset teams, design FIH studies, oversee safety and regulatory aspects, and drive cross-functional plans from research through phase 2a

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership for matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee safe, rapid First-In-Human studies for oncology assets.
• Lead cross-functional development plans integrating research with early clinical strategy.
• Provide clinical expertise for pre-clinical data interpretation and target validation.
• Make front-line protocol design, dose escalation, and safety decisions for regulatory submission.
• Supervise execution of early clinical studies and medical monitoring.
• Review and author ECET-related documentation and regulatory materials.
