Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ seeks a Clinical Lead to drive early oncology development, including first‑in‑human studies and signal‑seeking trials across solid and hematologic malignancies. You will work within the Translational Medicine Unit and Global Project Teams to translate preclinical assets into human studies, lead PoC/HTV efforts, and guide dose selection and protocol design.

Responsibilities

• Design safe, rapid and informative First-In-Human studies for oncology assets including mechanistic and signal seeking studies.
• Participate in designing development plans and integrate into overall strategy with therapeutic areas.
• Provide medical/clinical expertise to guide pre-clinical data generation and interpretation for oncology assets.
• Make front-line protocol design and dose escalation decisions, and oversee clinical study execution.
