Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior clinical development professional to lead multi-site trials in hematology, solid tumors or cell therapy. You will guide study design, data interpretation and cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Regulatory and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities include oversight of 1–2 studies, monitoring timelines, and ensuring quality data for internal and outsourced trials. Strong English communication and global teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia or equivalent.
• Ability to oversee a clinical research program of moderate complexity.
• Strong communication with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees direction, planning, execution and interpretation of clinical trials.
• Manages 1–2 clinical studies; ensures data quality and safety.
• Oversees study enrollment and timelines with Clinical Operations.
• Designs, analyzes and reports protocols, CSRs, regulatory submissions.
• Mentors staff and oversees CROs and external vendors.
