Job summary

BeOne seeks an experienced Program Lead in Data Management to oversee multiple clinical studies and programs from a data management perspective, ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency across activities. The role requires collaboration with CST, vendors, and cross-functional teams to develop ED C databases and data reports.

You will drive process improvements, maintain SOPs, and contribute to training while aligning with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
Oncology experience is required.
5+ years of experience as Lead Data Manager or in a lead data-management role.
Experience developing Data Management standards and SOPs.
Strong understanding of ICH/regulatory environment as it pertains to data management.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple clinical studies and/or programs from the Data Management perspective.
Oversee data managers to ensure timelines and data quality.
Collaborate with CST and cross-functional teams to standardize data handling.
Liaise with CROs and central laboratories for data-related deliverables.
Develop and maintain data-management documentation and training materials.
