Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification is required.
• Phlebotomy and EKG certifications preferred.
• BLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of acute care hospital or physician’s office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under RN guidance.
• Provide basic nursing care and maintain a safe environment.
• Support the care team in the Oncology unit.
