Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Research Nurse for the Cancer Center Protocol Office (CCPO) at 32 Fruit Street. The role involves screening/enrolling patients for trials, triage phone support, symptom management, and strict protocol adherence. A BSN with 2 years Oncology RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience: 0–1 year clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge and abilities: strong communication and triage skills, confidentiality, medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess nursing care needs.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Record patient information and vital signs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Maintain documentation and support patient advocacy during trials.
