Qualifications

  • Clinical Research or compliance experience 1–2 years preferred.

  • Good communication and understanding of protocol requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Screen potential patients for study participation and enroll as required.
  • Schedule protocol tests, procedures, and doctor visits.
  • Coordinate appointments with physicians, nurses, and test areas.
  • Coordinate safety lab specimen collection and timely results.
  • Prepare pre-visit communications for providers.
  • Maintain front-line communication with enrolled patients.
  • Develop protocol-specific flow charts and intake tools.
  • Arrange tissue sample processing and correlate lab work.
  • Obtain vital signs and perform EKGs as required.
  • Administer quality of life assessments per protocol.
  • Verify consent and eligibility criteria; monitor enrollment.
  • Monitor adverse events and deviations; report to sponsors.
  • Maintain study regulatory binders and source documents.
  • Prepare regulatory submissions and amendments to IRB.
