Job summary

The CCPO Research Nurses at Mass General Brigham are responsible for screening and enrolling patients for trials, with a 40-hour workweek and 4-10 hour shifts (7am-5:30pm). The ideal candidate holds a BSN and at least 2 years of Oncology RN experience, with a set schedule and the potential for one remote day after orientation.

You will collaborate with Infusion RNs, APPs and Physicians within the Cancer Center to support trials, document meticulously, and advocate for patients on study

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State License required
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
