Mass General Brigham Cancer Center CCPO Research Nurses provide screening and enrollment for oncology clinical trials, patient education, and triage support. They work closely with Infusion RNs, APPs and Physicians to ensure protocol adherence and patient safety throughout treatment cycles.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, advocacy for trial participants, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to advance cancer therapies and patient care.

Qualifications

• RN with oncology experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; ADN required acceptable.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and advocacy for patients on trials.

Responsibilities

• Screen and enroll patients for trials.
• Provide patient education and triage support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with infusion RNs, APPs and physicians to support trial patients.
