Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Hospital, in Boston, seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to work largely independently, enrolling patients in cancer studies and managing data collection and regulatory submissions.

You will liaise with the clinical team, sponsor, and IRB, support quality control and training, and assist with multiple ongoing studies while ensuring compliance and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with clinical research processes and IRB submissions preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Identify SOP changes and develop compliant procedures.
• Manage studies within a specialized program.
• Prepare for internal/external audits.
• Participate in recruiting new hires.
• Mentor junior staff and support training.
• Assist with new protocol intake and regulatory routing.
• Maintain communication with clinical team regarding study progress.
