Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol-required nursing care to research participants and monitor health status.
• Follow study protocols and participant care plans with PI oversight.
• Document and communicate participant status changes to the care team and sponsor.
• Educate interdisciplinary teams on protocol requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Support recruitment, eligibility screening, and data collection per protocol.
