Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a research study or related experience.
• Two (2) years’ total experience, with 1 year supporting or coordinating research studies, in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, consents, screens, schedules, tracks and updates participants.
• Collects and enters data into study forms and EDC; responds promptly to queries.
• Prepares simple data summaries, reports or charts for study documentation.
• Maintains complete procedural documentation in line with guidelines and regulations.
• Verifies data against source documents for accuracy and audit readiness.
• May collect, process and ship potentially biohazardous specimens.
• Provides ongoing study status updates to PI, sponsor and study team.
• Keeps study flow by coordinating with team and participants.
• Participates in auditing/monitoring visits and documents issues.
• Works with PI/sponsor to improve routine processes in the study.
