Responsibilities

• Leads protocol-required nursing care delivery for research participants.
• Develops and modifies participant care plans per protocol and safety indicators.
• Assesses participant health status and coordinates follow-up with PI or care team.
• Communicates study details and updates to participants, families, and team.
• Oversees onboarding and mentorship of research nurses and staff.
• Plans staff onboarding and protocol training with collaborating departments.
