Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse for the Termeer Center, a 22-chair clinical trials unit focusing on first-in-human Phase 1 studies. The role requires a strong interest in research nursing and two years of oncology RN experience.

Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with one consistent day off. After a year on-site, there is an option to work remotely one day per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse – State License.
• Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: clinical nursing basics, confidentiality, medical terminology, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients and monitor reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
