Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Spring House, PA is seeking a Director of Clinical Research Oncology. You will lead a cross-functional team to execute global oncology studies, from protocol to reporting, with a focus on advancing medicines to patients.

You will mentor study teams, partner with Regulatory, Data Management, and GCO, and represent the clinical team in governance discussions. A medical background in oncology and a record of trial leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• This position requires an Advanced Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent).
• A trained Uro-Oncologist/Oncologist is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant oncology clinical research position.
• Experience working in a matrix team environment and the ability to influence others.
• Travel up to 20–30% annually may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project scientists with mentoring and supervision across assigned studies.
• Collaborates with Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, GCO, QMMC, and GMS for integrated study execution.
• Supports medical affairs activities involving NDA/MAA and regulatory submissions.
• Reviews medical data and contributes to interpretation and reporting of results.
• Interacts with investigators and Key Opinion Leaders globally.
