Job summary

Oncology Voice Network LLC seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support complex oncology trials in Detroit, MI. You will interact with participants throughout screening, consent, scheduling, and study visits, coordinating with nurses and investigators to ensure protocol adherence.

This contract-to-hire role offers a hybrid workplace in Detroit, with 8-hour shifts and start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of patient-facing clinical research experience.
• Experience consenting patients and conducting study visits.
• Experience on clinical drug trials with moderate to high complexity.
• Strong clinical and patient interaction skills.
• Basic understanding of clinical research regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct patient visits per trial protocols.
• Screen and recruit eligible participants via chart reviews.
• Obtain informed consent and educate patients on study requirements.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and retention.
• Collaborate with nurses and study teams to ensure protocol compliance.
• Maintain study documentation and patient records.
• Assist recruitment through referrals and tumor boards.
• Support ~10 participants across multiple trials.
