• Strong written and verbal communication for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible patients for oncology trials and verify eligibility.
• Implement protocol objectives and coordinate care across departments.
• Educate patients and families about trials and investigational therapies.
• Oversee investigational chemotherapy orders and safety parameters.
• Triage and monitor adverse events and coordinate clinical responses.
• Coordinate care with Behavioral Health, Homecare, and Hospice as indicated.
• Support investigators and staff with education on protocols.
