MD Anderson's Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Malignant Hematology provides advanced, patient-centered pharmaceutical care within a premier cancer treatment and research institution. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize therapy, participate in rounds, and manage complex medication regimens, including novel therapies such as CAR T and bispecific agents.

• PharmD degree with PGY1 residency and PGY2 subspecialty in malignant hematology preferred.
• TX Pharmacist license within 90 days of entry; required certifications as applicable.
• Experience as a clinical pharmacist in oncology/hematology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an active clinical pharmacy practice on assigned service(s), including inpatient rounds and outpatient coverage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient care.
• Manage daily medication therapy, document interventions in the EHR, and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide patient and staff education on medications and therapy guidelines.
• Support initiatives for formulary management, REMS, and reimbursement optimization.
