Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist-Oncology to join the Pharmacy Oncology team in Fairhaven, MA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining oncology treatment plans, supporting research, and ensuring safe, cost-effective cancer care across locations.

The position requires Doctor of Pharmacy, MA license, oncology experience and residency credentials. On-call rotation evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist: Doctor of Pharmacy and current MA license.
• PGY1 residency is required.
• PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency preferred.
• Minimum three years oncology pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic Beacon treatment plans, oncology informatics, clinical trials and investigational drug services preferred.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License required.
• BCOP preferred.
• Epic Beacon certification and SOCRA/ACRP/ONS certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, monitor and support Oncology Pharmacy Services to optimize outcomes and safety.
• Develop and maintain Epic Beacon treatment plans and oncology pharmacotherapy processes.
• Provide staff education and ensure compliance with chemotherapy safety standards and regulatory requirements.
